Brief Report of Last EVN Sessions
--------------------------------
 In November 2002 session Tr had no fringes in FFT due to a problem
with the LO lock. Thanks to quick feedback from JIVE the hardware
problem was fixed after the first experiment (EB023A).
 During the May/June session two experiments (EB024E and EB024F) were 
failures due to problems with updating last minute schedule versions.
During the last but one experiment scheduled for Tr in this session
(EN001) our maser lost lock. Therefore we did not observe also in 
the last experiment (EM049).
 In Spring 2003 Tr has received 4 BBC on loan from Onsala. As a result
there weren't serious problems with these devices during May/June
session, which used to be the case over last few years.

Technical Problems Encountered Since Last TOG Meeting
-----------------------------------------------------

As mentined above, now we have troubles with the H-maser, which
lost lock on June 8th after smooth working for about 9 years. About 
a week later the lock came back. Currently the problem is being 
diagnosed in cooperation with the manufacturer in Switzerland.


Changes/Upgrades Made to Hardware/Software
------------------------------------------
Now we have 4 spare BBCs borrowed from Onsala. Not all of
them in healthy condition but they allow us for keeping
the 8 ones in the rack working.

Current FS version is 9.6.2.


Any Other Comments
------------------

A holography project using a satellite beacon is going on since 
beginning of the year which aims at considerable improvement of 
the antenna surface required by higher frequency observations 
(30 GHz).
